Toronto Escape Run Club

RUN TO ESCAPE. DISCOVER TORONTO. Toronto Run Escapers is a running community for people who want to step out of their routine and into the city. Every run is a chance to explore a new corner of Toronto, meet someone you wouldn't have met otherwise, and remember why you love this city.

We use the Escape app to organize runs, share routes, and stay connected between meetups. No pressure, no PRs required - just a standing invitation to lace up and go. Led by: Hyeseong

Before your first run - a few things to know:

1. RSVP on Escape. Download the app and tap into the run you're joining.
2. Dress for the run, not the 'gram. Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate layers.
3. Pace is yours. We run together, but no one gets left behind. If you can handle 5K at a conversational pace, you're good.
4. Stick around after. Half the point is the post-run hang - coffee, food, drinks, depending on the route. Bring a card.
5. Come open. New city, new job, new to running, new to Toronto - whatever brought you here, you'll find someone who gets it. See you on the start line.
